Question on -image
After re-installing GW, I have been unable to load particular areas, such as Rata Sum, Central Transfer Chamber, and Bloodstone Caves, and have crashed in every attempt to get there. Would doing a simple -image be able to fix this?

You mine as well try. -image doesn't hurt anything. I personally use it whenever their is a big update

As others have said, try -image to download everything.
Also try checking/updating your video drivers. When Nightfall came out, some people had problems with certain areas due to old video drivers. Perhaps some of the areas you mentioned also have new visual effects that can cause a similar problem? |
